The landscape of the Central Bohemian Uplands reveals its character through volcanic silhouettes, shifting light, and quiet agricultural valleys. From isolated conical hills rising above fields to morning fog drifting between ridgelines, the region changes with every season and every hour of the day.
These photographs explore the distinctive forms of Oblík, Srdov, Brník, Raná, Milešovka, Hazmburk, Plešivec and many other hills across Lounsko and the wider Czech Central Highlands. Spring rapeseed fields, autumn tones, winter frost, and post-rain clarity shape the atmosphere of this volcanic landscape.
Across nearly 120 photographs, the gallery documents the viewpoints, rural textures, and changing light conditions of České středohoří throughout the year.
